A one hour class that focuses on moving better and feeling great! A slower paced class with more stretching and warmup time. We will spend roughly 20 minutes on mobility and stretching then spend the remainder working on basic movement patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing,pulling and carrying. The small class makes it easier for people to get more of my attention. The goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you started.
I will need 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Non refundable if under 48 hours. Some exceptions may be m ade do to uncontrollable circumstances .
